It was a Sunday morning that Lauren opened her eyes to see the light streaming in through her bedroom window. A glance over to her alarm clock told her it was 10:43am. As she woke up, she could feel just how hard and deep she had slept. The 25 year old remembered just how tired she felt last night when she finally went to bed, and now felt a sense of relief to be well rested. Then she remembered what else happened last night. Lauren closed her eyes and let out a regretful sigh. She and her roommates had another “classic” girls night that ended with her stuffed fuller than a thanksgiving turkey. r/AITA for being Jealous of my Fat Sister?
I am in need of some unbiased advice and opinions on a situation that's been causing me great distress. I (31F) have been with my boyfriend (32M) for a little over two years now, and we've had our fair share of ups and downs. However, lately, I've been feeling jealous and suspicious of his behavior around my younger sister (29F), who is significantly larger than me, weighing over 400lbs. Contrary to what you’re probably thinking, Makayla was already a little big before she started working at the local burger joint. Sure, she wasn’t as big as she is now, but she was far from the slim and trim teen that she’d been in high school, banking on a youthful and overly ambitious metabolism to keep her tummy flat. Pretty much everyone in her family, Dad especially, had warned about the Lazy Metabolism that genetics had almost definitely cursed her with, but apparently she didn’t really want to listen to them. Wow! Great job! What I liked most about this first chapter, is how fully you get to know each of the characters. The relationship between Bets and Spider especially. This was a long chapter, but didn’t seem long, because all the details were so interesting and realistic. It was a pleasure to read.
